Here i go......I've blocked my original Floyd Rose on my RG550 using a home made bracket (L shaped bracket and an adjustable screw) I hate the fact when the trem returns sometimes that the get that old 'clump' which is really annoying. I've tried one or two materials stuck on the trem block but as far as I can find if the material is very soft, the trem can still move a touch toward the springs, which knock the tuning out slightly when the D-tuna is used. Can anyone suggest a good material to use, a different method or a trem stabilizer you can but which improves the problem? Thanks
