Henning Bottle Rocket order progress ;)

Played Steve's amp at the LA Amp Show, and it was easily my overall favorite new product! I liked it so much, I ordered one.

Steve was nice enough to send some progress pic's yesterday, and I should have my amp in the next couple of weeks; haven't been this stoked for a new piece of gear in quite a while!

Impeccable construction on these amps- check it out!

Why did you go with the Bottle Rocket over the Cherry Bomb?

I liked the Cherry Bomb a lot when I played one back in 2012. As a matter of fact, I almost bought the one for sale here recently, in addition to the Bottle Rocket, but couldn't come to an agreement on price that worked for both of us, and didn't need yet ANOTHER amp.

I went with the Bottle Rocket because when I played it, at the amp show, it just floored me; I liked everything about that amp, and I know what works for me as a player. That thing just does it for me.

The only reason I didn't buy a Cherry Bomb back in 2012 (or since), was that I had taken a pretty extended break from playing in any serious way, and I just didn't need more gear. I broke my left wrist back in June, and have been playing (since I've been able) as a form of rehab; started feeling the love again, so....there goes the money.

I went to the show to check out the Mzero, and Bottle Rocket (mainly); I preferred the Bottle Rocket, for what I like to hear and feel.
