Just curious, why did the Controversial Opinions thread get axed? Was it a specific post or was the thread deemed 'not worth the risk?'

Not trying to cramp your style, just wanted to know what was the reason so I can totally not repeat the same mistakes again.

If Kissinger just fucked off and played Risk with his friends on the weekends, we'd all be better off right now for sure.

Not only would we as westerners be better off, but many, many other countries as well. Hell, a big part of why so many places hate the West is because of the fucked up shit Kissinger did, which would certainly support your thesis.

Another classy touch. A great proportion of PM's complaining about things contain no link and I find myself reading through entire threads or searching for words or phrases I figure might help me find whatever it is.
