herbert chanel 2 and 3 problem

hi guys my herbert is not working right channel 1 is fine 2 and 3 make some very strange noises if i turn the gain up it is like a rumbling sound when i turn the gain down it is a high pitch whistle very little signal goes through either channel tried changing all the preamp tubes but no good any suggestions

you are the best Peter thats why i own 2 of your amps and will soon own 3
 
i have gotta say i am not used to the type of support i get from Peter i have owned many amps in the past and never received the kind of service i do from Diezel they are the best i have ever seen keep up the awsome work my friend
