Here's how M. Cameron can ruin a good amp ...

The only really bad thing about that clip were the camera's sound compression and the out of tune guitar.

Probably an improvement. Sounded good to me. Cameron mod>Friedman mod. End of story.

Is Cameron still around? I thought he'd been chased down by all the people he scammed.

Sounds like a modded marshall to me. But they all seem to have a little bit of different flavor imo.

Thats not a great clip, but ruin is a bit harsh Dan. I'm sure the amps sounds good in person.

Sounded fine to me

Same here. Standard video camera quality clip and I bet the amp sounds pretty good in person.

I'd have to hear Dan butcher, er...uhhm play "Crazy Babies" through it to be able to form an honest opinion..

What are you talking about? It might not sound like a "Friedman" but it sounds pretty f_cking good to me. I'd rock the shit out of that. Loved it. His work might be sloppy at times but he knows good tone! Stop being such a Friedman hut hugger, there are other notable mods and amps out there besides a Friedman and a 600$ DSL.

Sounds like every other amp that's recorded with a crappy video cam or phone mic.

Sounds good to me. I recently got a JMP that Mark did a few years ago with his HG Jose mod and it's freaking awesome.

Charveldan's motto "I won't stop till everyone admits Friedman amps are the best!".....

I could live without the goop in there that's for sure. Even the little bit that's in there...that's nasty. Cameron has a lot of gall doing something like that to that beautiful piece of work. I wonder if the owner knew what he was getting into on that.

As far as the mod goes, I bet it sounds killer. On this amp though, I would have liked to see a switch to go from the absolutely stock circuit to the modded version.
