Hey Dave,
I'm rig I am putting together now uses the modded Variplex/C45 amp for the main amp and a Digi GSP1101 for fx in a 4 cable method with some other stomp boxes on the floor and the back end fx used W/D/W as the amp has no loop. I am running the front end of the Digi thru a true bypass looper on the floor so I have to run the guitar signal from the board back to and from the 1101 the back to the front of the amp. I plan on adding a TF Buff Puff for buffering but want to know what you suggest for the cable runs. I was planning on a semi balanced wiring but until your reply about quad mic cable in the SS rig thread didn't know about the added noise cancellation that it provided. Would quad cable be best or would standard mic or even guitar cable do fine? I'm looking at about 25ft each cable.
