Mark, don't get me started on players with good vibrato. Kirk's an exception for me when talking about my favorite guitarists, regarding bends and vibrato. There's nothing in Janick's playing or stage presence I like; he's sloppy as fuck and his vibrato's, for what I've seen, non-noticeable.
