What is you favorite high gain pedal???

I am thinking about buying a pedal to hit the front of my 78 JMP

So many to choose from so I thought I would ask all you fellow RT's.

You have some Diezels, why do you need a high gain pedal in front of your Marshall?

PS That comes from a guy who owns an Ecstasy and bought an XTC Blue pedal

The Wampler Triple Wreck will turn your Marshall into a Rectifier.
That way you can have both Marshall and Mesa in one amp. However, you really don't want any gain going from the amp when you hit the Wreck. It's a complete beast.

Still love my Bogner red after a year plus.

I have a couple Reds and use them for everything. My main gain.

The Wreck is a lot higher gain. Both are awesome.

i found it noisy as hell!!!

I have a way huge green rhino in front of my 6534, I have the gain on 0 but I love the boost it gives.

REAAAALLLY been GASing for a protone Dead horse or the Merrow version of the dead horse.

Although there's a few options in here that are peaking my interest a bit. Kind of want to try the Bogner Red or the Uber pedal.

I run a noise gate behind every boost pedal. Dead quiet rig.

I've loved the clips I've heard of the Bogner Red. I'm excited to hear the Diezel Zerrer though!

Check out the Amptweaker stuff. They sound great and have really cool features.....like their multiple loops.

I know   but sometimes I really miss that boosted marshall sound.

sorry for hijacking the thread - what will you recommend to use with gain(y) jcm800 2205 for massive sound like cameron ccv for example?

DOD "Death Metal" pedal into the low input should fix you right up for high gain! ;)
