Fuck!

I think I like this more than my Aldrich pups at them moment. It seems to have slightly less in the extreme high end of the spectrum. It Cleans up nicely, seems to retain more clarity, and has the perfect amount of output.

It seems to respond REALLY quickly, and feels VERY immediate. It seems to sags less than anything I've tried recently with my Eggy M4, yet,

I would say this is the best pickup Dimarzio has ever made. It has that signature, strange, focused Dimarzio sound, but it doesn't sound too strange or processed.

Seems like the perfect hair metal pup. If you have any 1 Humbucker guitars, try this in it.

Shit, you installed it already??? I feel like I just mailed it this morning!

Yep, it showed up this morning.

Cool! How do they differ from paf pros? I have paf pros at the both positions in my RGT and lately I've been thinking about some higher output pups or at least higher output bridge pup. Gene, have they given you a delivery date for the Fish?

Maybe, it's the guitar, but I don't remember the PAF Pro being this bright or having this much clarity. I've used many PAF pros in both positions, and I've normally found them to be a little dull.

Non word from Rudy's yet, but apparently some stores are getting them in as we speak, so it shouldn't be long.

bump...a variant of these is going in my Sadowsky pink HH strat with an alder body and maple board

Cool bump, need to order some dimarzios in hot pink and lime green.

got a set in this guitar, they are great and I went through a bunch of overpriced boutique PAF pickups as well.

Been hearing good things about these. I've been meaning to check one out, especially now that 'the don' gave it the thumbs up.

I had one and liked it considerably. However, it was replaced with a MCP 2nd blackbelt which is the better PAF pickup.

Bang for the buck though......the 36th anniversary is a really nice pickup.

I replaced my bridge MCP BB 1 & 2 with the 36th, buck didn't matter for me.

You are not a Robb Report reader.

I preferred the MCP, but I liked the 36th moreso than other pickups (including a Wolfetone) prior to it. It's a cool pu, no doubt.

Holy thread bump.

I don't like these any more.

Anybody want to buy one?
