I got this last night... definitely has some mojo to it... I usually perfer HH guitars, but I totally dig the single in the neck. My only gripe as far as the tone goes is that I wish they made the neck pickup noise cancelling. All of the other positions are totally quiet. They designed the neck pickup to be a true single coil. you get that true single coil tone, but also the 60 cycle hum.
The roasted neck and board is to die for!!!! The guitar plays itself.
Not 100% sold on the color, but it's growing on me... might refinish it to metallic or sparkle purple. Or maybe even a purple and black swirl!
