Holy Smokes...Greg Howe is Awesome!

Have you heard "Sound Proof"? I thought that album had the best tone that Greg Howe has ever gotten. The cover he did on "Tell Me Something Good" knocked me on my ass

That album is cool....the mix is terrible and his tones are pretty bad too.... But as usual he plays great on it....

I thought the mix and tones were awesome. He plays through a Cornford MK 50, which in my opinion is a pretty damn good amp...I would give it a 9. I'm new to this forum, so I'm not sure what kind of tone you would prefer, but obviously not Greg Howe's

He has rhythm guitars louder than solos in lots of places He uses this single coil tone that is very clanky / harsh and bright. Almost sounds like a broken pickup.

Love his tunes and playing though. Listen to track #13 to see what I mean.
