The stupidest thing they do is actually try to count everyone.....


That is probably impossible..... Best way to do it is to do high quality samples in the more populated regions of different areas and then use that as a baseline to establish averages of homeless population throughout the area or something along those lines vs actually physically counting people like these geniuses from Harvard/UCLA want to do apparently......


In either case it's just more fraud waiting to happen as the city and other parts of SoCal and California have billions and billions of dollars that are unaccounted for to take care of the homeless......

I've noticed lately, states that are trying to or already do implement crazy woke ideology and shitty policies, people say "well they voted for this". I have a theory that voter fraud is what really gets these terrible people into positions of power.
They all pretty much are blue states, that do not require voter ID, and that support illegal immigration.
