How about some Great White

I wore out the Once Bitten disc back in the day.

I've always had a soft spot for bluesy rock.

This is the coolest Great White.

Just tasty chops and phrasing.

:worship:

House of Broken Love always reminded me of this. Same feel, similar pattern and another great tune.

Sorry- not trying to hijack.

It's all good - I especially loved the Zeppelin covers on the Unplugged show...

Jack wasn't doing well last time I saw him (about 6 months ago). He had pretty serious surgery (think it was ruptured colon) & Great White was doing a show in Ga. Jack was having trouble with most of the songs. I heard Jani Lane replaced him on their tour soon after that.

How about a little thread resurrection? Anyone have any insight into the 'Rock Me' guitar tone? I am thinking Marshall but wasn't sure if its a JTM or Super Lead. I can't seem to find any information on the gear that was used. Could be because I am a search idiot but I am not finding anything through Google.

Wow.
I hated that band. Couldn't stand the tunes or that singers voice.

My buddy in San Diego just saw Jack Russell in our neighborhood bar the other night, he sings karaoke to his own songs. I'm hoping I get to witness this myself next month.

Which bar, I wouldn't mind seeing that myself? They use to come into a bar I was a bartender at all the time. I still have a cheesy Xmas napkin signed by them. I have probably covered at least 6 great White tunes through the years. I LOVE playing House of Broken Love.

This^^^

Cheese ball rock at it's finest.

Mark Kendall has some very cool blues-based hard rock chops.

Mark used SLOs and a variety of guitars from Kramers to 335s.
