This is correct...
When you are in photo bucket, be sure to select the photo by itself, not in the library.
Then there will be a couple of links on the right hand side, use the "direct" link.
Click it to copy the direct link and then paste it between the IMG tags on the forum.

Works 100% for me. Good luck

If you just click on the "image" link it copes the tags for you and all you have to do is paste in the post.
