For this live version of Silvergun Superman, the chorus, little breakdown prior to the solo, and also the solo itself you can hear some kind of effect on Dean's guitar. The chorus and breakdown have this modulation going on, while the solo has an even more pronounced effect.

The only unit he's using is a Rocktron Intelliverb. I have the Intelliverb and cannot figure this one out. Is this a chorus with just the right delay settings? Is it detune?

0:40 (chorus)
2:10 (breakdown)
3:14 (solo)

Anyone have a clue how how to program the effects unit to get this sound?

Thanks for the link, I'm not sure that thread answers it unfortunately. His live sound was a little different in that Silvergun Superman clip compared to when they first started touring. And matching that sound is not so easy. There are some Intelliverb settings posted in that thread but it's not really this particular sound.

Do a search at gearslutz, there might be info there. HRI forum was another great source but is down at the moment.....
