Depends on the hype surrounding the particular guy who did the mods and the scarcity of such mods... also, condition of the amp is a big factor... range is so large as to not be quantifiable in a useful way...

I heard Steve's (Sah5150) in person and that thing sounds kick ass! I wish they would offer it during summer since thats when it is slow for me at work. Once sign ups for Sept. begin I think I will sign myself up for the class.

Well the mod will cost you 700$ + back & forth shipping + the amp ( usually runs from 900-1300$ depending on the condition).

Just want to warn you that the amp you are looking at is not a metal amp, but it's a beast.

Unless you want it because you dig the mod...personally... 1500 for a hacked late 70s MV JMP is silly.
