i'm not worried about shariah law taking new territory bcuz sunnis and shiites will never get along

so long as islam is predominately 2 denominations who hate each other more than catholics vs protestants, there won't be enough solidarity among either side to expand

not to say that most muslims are murderous assholes because i genuinely don't believe that, but with such a huge population you're bound to find a few assholes

yet roman catholocism is the biggest religion in the world and i have never heard a report of IRA sympathizers going into the middle east to shoot mosques
