how to change ~tur to wav~

but, that data is tur.

so, i want to change tur to wav.

You can use Voxengo Deconvolver to make an impulse response of the tur file through the WOS plugin or Torpedo Live or whatever. I do that all the time to get sounds from WOS into the Live

You do not have to do any of that to transfer files between the Torpedo LIVE and WOS III? You can do that via Two Notes' free Torpedo Remote software.

If you want to create wav files files from proprietary Torpedo files then you use Voxengo or something similar.
