im a huge peavey fan. my guitar, amp, cabs - all peavey. although the chances of me getting endorsed anytime soon are slim. college comes first right now. but in the future i do wish to support peavey as a company in whole for the products they make.

my question is.. how? will i get sued if i start hanging a peavey banner up at gigs? as of right now i dotn do anything out. although theres something in the works to get started "again".

would i need to contact a special person or is it one of those things where they come to you?

its not much of a desire or a fade, its just one of the life long dreams ive always had. just looking for help for what i should be doing to reach it :)

I doubt you'd get in trouble for hanging peavey banners. If anything, it's free advertisement for them.

I don't see why they would care at all. And getting endorsed isnt that hard. All I had to do was email them. Btw their artist relations guy is Dave Ellefson which rules!

you never know now-days.

working retail ive seen just about every lawsuit you can think of. gotta watch your balls

i appreciate the opinions/help for sure. i cant wait to get out gigging again. miss the awsome crowds and late night jams with buddies :)

ill see, once i get a steady stream of set lists made and feel confident things are concrete once again ill shoot an email Dave's way

i do have another question though, food for thought.

tone always changes.. the gear as well. im in the process of conjuring a rack together. the poweramp however wont be a classic 50/50 or 60/60. is it one of those things where i dont have a choice to get if im looking at peavey or will it still be cool?

i notice alot of artists mentioned go down to peavey picks.. :scared:

They'll most likely offer you a 50% discount on prices on thier site...that's what they gave me about a year ago.

you need to be doing regular gigs, sort of around half the year is filled with gig dates, something like that.

The simplest thing is to just ask. My band so far has Martin and our bassist is working with Spector and our drummer has a meeting with Trick for an A/B deal on friday. Just ask, and be persistant but not annoying.
