I was actually thinking of the same thing. I think you can do it as long as your effects have stereo in's and out's. Some pedals only have 1 in with 2 outs, which won't help. You could run the right side to one amp and the left to the other with an A/B box box either at the end or begining of the loop. I think that's the simplest way to go.

Yes, but there some pedals wich doesn't have the two in and out separately, so we will need to buy two of them...
I started buing only pedal wich have this options, but the phase, flanger doesn't have this option and I don't want to buy all Strymons...
I have the EVH Phase, Frostbite Flanger, TC Nova Delay, Strymon Bluesky, Diamond Chorus to put in the loop, just the Bluesky and the TC have this stereo feature.

Any another idea?

Cheers!

Personally I wouldn't run phase or Flange in the loop, sounds processed to me there. I don't even like chorus in the loop. And as the other guy said, yes ground issues might be a problem.

this can be done with a GCX or similar. you will be able to alternate between the loops, at the same time choose which pedal is engaged. i can draw you a diagram if you decide to go that route. but if you want to stick with a pedal, you'll need something with two pairs of loops (2x in/send/return/out) that are able to a/b between them. alas i have not seen such pedal...
