How to use Superior Drummer 2.0 presets

So, I've been messing with Superior Drummer and I really like it. Programming is tedious but rewarding and fun.

The question I have is this: I've seen presets from Ola Englund and tons of people on the net, how do I use them? Install/implement them? I have used and installed a producer preset purchased from Toontrack and it's good, but I want to use presets from other people.

Can anyone walk me through it?

Download preset, move to desired location (anywhere), inside SD click the menu just to the right of the kit selector and load the preset.
