Check this out. What a trip:

NorthStar MySpace page

The pictureI attached is us at The Roxy in Hollywood. I'm at the far left... Looks like we were opening for Hawk, which was Doug Mark's (Metal Method guy) band...

Is someone restarting the band?

Not that I know of, although myself, Eddie St. James and Rich the bass player have talked about doing a "virtual" recording of our old catalogue with our home studios passing tracks back and forth. Only issue is no one can find Randy and he was a helluva singer - it wouldn't be the same without his singing to me...

:D I'm sure those were great times, surely he would see the myspace thing, or someone would tell him about it. Everyone and their brother is on there (exept me, I HATE myspace   )

You'd think, but we've been able to locate everyone but him. Randy was a trippy guy though - who knows what may have happened to him or where he ended up...

I have no interest in it either. I joined just to see if whoever put the page up had any more pictures or anything, but the one I posted was the only one...

My friend Scott Travis played drums for Hawk!
Cool - what is he doing now?

Steve

Doesn't he play drums for Priest and Racer X?

I saw Hawk live and was extremely unimpressed.

There are places that will convert that 2 track tape to WAV files which you can then bring into an audio program and re-master. That is what I did with that NorthStar stuff...

I didn't like them either.

The singer for Hawk...Charlie Wayne is in a local band here in Nashville. Evidently he was also in an early version of Bulletboys?? So he says and bills himself on local shows. Oh well.
