Finally got around to setting up the wah on the axe-fx with my fcb yesterday with the help of some of the guys at the fractal forum. I just keep getting surprised by this box!

I got a Crybaby Classic right around the same time I got the FCB for the AFX. The Crybaby sucks balls in comparison to the FCB/AXF! The pedal action on the Crybaby is all stiff and jumpy, and it's noisy. I imagine it would break in a bit and smooth out over time, but I'm glad I got the FCB to try the wah, because now I know it'll definitely do the trick!
When you start doing the talk-box through the AFX we'll know you have truly converted.

I know what you mean. The wah in the axe is crazy good. I used the settings for the clyde wah from the wiki.

Same here. I ended up tweaking something so that the breaking point of the wah (that spot right where it really quacks) is more towards the toe of the pedal and I lowered the low frequency a bit so it would go deeper. That was the only complaint I had. Been happy with it since. The autoengage is badass too. My 3 yr old likes to wah while I play...lol...
