I can not register my Torpedo Live

Hi!
When I want to register my Live, the Remote displays a message: "the fields in red two do not match your account information Please check notes in the last license generation e-mail you Received from two notes, and try again.."
I deposit my account data correctly.
Also any field appears in red !

Help?
 
I'd recommend opening a support ticket at Two Notes, is your unit new?
 
OK so it isn't seing an older licence on that s/n, Try the process once again, sometimes it takes a second try, also get a ticket started at the Two Notes helpdesk
