I was bummed earlier because I thought my Shure GLXD16+ pedal was broken. I'm switching everything over to a different pedalboard to prepare for the pedals @griff10672 is about to send me (any day now) using a bigger board I have laying around. I got the power supply mounted and a breakout panel for the output and a Powercon jack. I wired up the Powercon and ran power cables to all the pedals in their rough layout (with a few placeholders to sub for the ones incoming) and plugged it in. The Shure pedal did not turn on.
I gave up defeated and went to dinner.
...So, after a quick Google search...
The GLXD16+ doesn't have a power switch. They use the output jack as a power switch. I needed to plug in a cable to turn it on. My test run failed because I didn't start running patch cables yet. It works fine.
Anyways, I ran out of Velcro. I need to get more tomorrow to stick the pedals down. Good thing I'm not in a rush. I'm still waiting for Wayne to get the enclosures in. I can sleep now knowing my wireless isn't fucked up.
