I'm gonna be replacing the inner encoder pot that I broke off and I'm worried that I may lose all my settings when I do this. I made the error in not writing them down and I'm pretty worried now

Do you think it'll be ok??

Just don't remove the battery(if there is one)
You should be fine. Make sure you unplug it! ;)

Isn`t there a way of dumping everything onto you `puter while you do it?
But like Mark says, the battery is probably the secret.

dump the banks to a pc with SYSEX... its midi... works on all rocktron stuff should work on TC to.... that way you can save your settings as a backup anytime you have to work on it

thats been a lifesave for me...

I have to change my encoder switch also. Can you please post any tricks or tips on the installation ........ Thanx :D

If you have a midi interface for your computer, download RealMajor, GLydian or G7, and back it up with one of those. I have every preset I've ever made backed up with all three of those programs, just to be safe. I also use them to edit my patches in real time...works like a charm.
