I had no idea that goats could be resurrected! That's pretty amazing. As for your question about changing religions, it can be a tough decision to make, but ultimately it's up to you to do what feels right for you. I understand the strong ties to catholic church and it's doctrine but if you feel that your beliefs aligns with other religion, it's worth exploring.
Personally, I'm a member of a supportive apostolic church here in Portland and I've found a lot of comfort and guidance in my faith. I hope you're able to find a community that makes you feel just as supported and uplifted, no matter what your spiritual path may be.
