I heard this song on the radio the other day...I wanted to watch the video again as it's been years and I always liked the song with Ozzy. I stumbled upon this video...ouch.....she stinks live...Lita and Don dokken ought to do a duet

At least she atempts to sing all the notes (often flat though)

When I saw Dokken a few years back, Don took the octave below on about 50% of the notes, or simply just pointed the Mic at the crowd when he couldn't hit a note.

Yes, Don is struggling these days.
Lita is also getting on in age. Hell, Ozzy did the high tones on the studio recording of the original. She has a pretty low voice.

Never thought she was that hot as a chick or guitarist.

She's also what, 50 something? Her voice is burned from drinkin and smokin I'm sure. You can hear some of the gritty highs are there in places meaning she USED to be able to sing. I think she used to have a solid rock voice. Now she is flat for sure but so are 90% of all the other dudes we listened to in cock rock bands. At least she has some vibrato when she plays and isn't a total hack.

Wow, tough crowd. I didn't think it was that bad for live just accompanied by clean guitar. Nowhere near Princess Dokken territory... Coulda done without the delay though...

I use to do this song with the female singer in my band. I sang the Lita parts, she sang Ozzy lol.

+1

Why does that bass player seem so annoying... Any video I've seen of Lita with that guy and he just annoys the hell out of me...

I agree.

Sounded ok to me. Sure a few notes here or there we way off but close enough for rock. Good to see her playing out again after the divorce etc.

Veteran musician beginning with the runaways and then her solo stuff... just as relevant as joan jett to me. Love the arm chair critics...

She did ok to me. Live, older, etc., at least she's still doing it.

I thought Sebastian Bach did a good job with the harmony solo. Nice to see he has a gig these days. Didn't know he played guitar.

Never cared for her music, but something about her makes me want to call the BC Rich custom shop and get them to make an old school Black Warlock with the 3x3 headstock, quadratic bridge and the car bomb electronics (every time I see all those knobs and buttons on old Rich's, I think of the voice of Mother from Alien: "You now have 3 minutes to reach minimum safe distance.").

It didn't blow me away but it wasn't bad either. She stopped playing for years. I have heard some pretty terrible live performances when she first started up again.

She opened for Leppard and Poison last summer and here in Salt Lake was the kick off city for the tour and nothing stuck out as wrong with her singing, especially for a tour opener in such a high altitude

The worst part was it was at an open air amphitheater here so when she played late in the afternoon the sound booth had a tent up completely blocking my view of her the whole show
