If you don`t wanna spend too much, you could look for a used Rocktron Intellifex.
I have the oldest, blackface version, and for basic fx like chorus, reverb, delay... it`s working just fine
The Intellifex is the best bang for the buck used processor out there that will not require you to have a degree to program. If you wan't to go for a newer processor then I can highly recommend the Rocktrom xpression or even a TC gmajor although I prefer the Rocktron to the TC.
I got a used intellifex blackface for $150 and I also bought a used xpresssion for $225 shipped.
I have a Lexicon MX200 that I'll sell for $120 SHIPPED. I have owned all the Rocktron units and this is as good as them IMHO and a LOT easier to use. You can get creative with the Lexicon since it has 2 processors, you can run one side through the effects loop and one side to the input of the amp. I just run it to the input. I don't need it because i just use my Tonelab LE for effects and i don't have or need a rack.
The cool thing about this is unit is if you hate scrolling through menus you won't have to worry about that, just look at the front panel.
I have the box, manual, and PS.
