I don't think it is the fact that they disagree with him. And I don't think it has anything to do with his CCV "fanboism" either. At least to me, it's the snobbery/holier than thou way they go about disagreeing. Two people who do not agree should be able to maturely debate the subject, that doesn't seem to be possible with ANYTHING over at TGP.

I see people do what you're describing here on RT and on TGP sometimes (getting upset over someone who disagrees with them due to their fanboi getting in their way) but I feel that is not the case this time.

I agree though, no need to start a war over this. If anything-they may just be trying to troll you.

Thanks for the support guys. I just don't like seeing bullshit spread the way they do.
It was obvious I was outnumbered and out opinioned. I don't see how anyone can scoff at the CCV and what Brad is doing with it. All other similar 3 channel high end amps are similarly priced . they seem to love the Landry LS-100 and other amps over there that sounded like improved plexi's to me.....I may be wrong but the Mercury Mag foundation of the CCV seems to be a key difference between it and most other amps. The Metro forum memebers love MM products.
I won't waste any more time over there...
I love you guys over here...everyone's helpful and supportive. It's totally different than the circle jerking over there.

No doubt the internet is littered with idiocy, esp. chat forums.
Take it with a grain of salt. No need to let a bunch of words on a computer screen rent so much space in your skull.
It's the same everywhere. Even here.
Try critiquing a few negative points in regards to Cameron, Charvel, 5150, homosexuality, Marshall, Lynch, etc., etc, and the same fanboi mob rule engages.
99% entertainment, 1% useful information is what forums are all about.
Much better to get out and meet real people face to face, or even pick up a phone and call people in the music industry to introduce yourself and ask questions,
than it is to put much stock in any chat forum replies.

To the OP... I think you are getting a bit too worked up over a typical disagreement on an internet forum. I cruised the thread, saw the usual opinions on either side and didn't think really that it was a big deal either way. I'm pretty sure that Brad and Rob don't lose a single minute of sleep over TGP opinions....
