...in an Axe-Fx
:D

i have a-lot of amps and an axe thanks lol Including a c+ C++ Etc

Looking for something thats tight that blends and can also do some modereseq type tone on its own. I had and old BE but it was soft but hear its better now with the new revisions. What would blend well for a studio tool

Had a Pink Taco V1 and that with your favorite OD would work.
Only 20 watts but Dave gets EL84s to sound huge.

If you have a 2c+, you’re spending too much time on the internet instead of playing lol

Every Slax I heard wasn't tight, It has this unique character that wasn't for me.
Depending on your tastes you're probably right. The slax is about as tight sounding as I like, might not be everyone's definition of tight. I compare it with my jj, slax has a faster attack which for me sounds and feels quite tight or perhaps stiff vs the jj. I think the be-100 deluxe and slax have the most modern tight metal tones available in the Friedman line though.

Metallica wants a FriedMan What would dave recommend?
James will sound like James with any Friedman amp. ? Anyway, I think James as tinnitus sufferer would like Friedman amps with good master volume, because low decibels are most important for tinnitus victims, and a little mellow not ice picky tone helps too. Summary: not ice picky sounding Friedman amp with good mastervolume.
