That can't possibly be good tone! It was recorded with a DSL, which we all know suck since they don't cost $3,000.....must be one of those uber rare Jose modded DSL's.

Yep, that whole album was recorded with a DSL if I remember correct. I've seen her using Jubilees more recently tho. DSL's are great sounding Marshall's no matter what anyone says.

Yeah, I had their real early stuff when they first came out, it was real catchy but more like a chick version of the ramones. Later on they got more into riffs and hard rock type stuff but still real catchy.

I think it's pretty accurate tonewise. It's got that modern Marshall high end buzz mixed with the classic midrange roar. Stock Gibson pickups sound best through Marshalls too IMO.

She just runs guitar, cable, amp, with the only pedals being a tuner and a delay.

Dig the Donnas a lot but I don't like much past Spend The Night. I think the singer's limited range is what keeps them from being a monster rock n roll band.
