I just played a semi hollow Warmoth strat the other day that completely floored me. Really awesome tone. Felt like it was going to jump out of my hands, it resonated so much.

Fender's new Pawn Shop series has some hollow strat/tele hybrid guitars. USACG and Warmouth both have some if your just looking for a body.

Looks great. I am thinking about adding a Hollow Classic to my gear. I have really been enjoying single coil tones lately. Thinking of having one built loosely around how David Gilmour's looks. Personally would probably go with a tortoiseshell pickguard instead of black. We shall see soon enough.

Yes, softer thicker and smoother overall, fuller clean tones but not so good for tight Nu Metal. I like the Hollow Drop Top as it is a little different sounding than your average guitar.Joeytpg":uxlouoj7 said:
