I have an item on Ebay that I listed as US only. A guy in Russia wants to buy it. I don't mind selling it to him if I get my price. Whats the best way to ship? Anything I should look out for?

I already bought stuff via usps/ups/fedex international, and it works out really nice. Tracking number is on time and it's pretty quick too, australia to switzerland in about 3 days.
