Good interview, Darren takes his lumps for his mistakes. Interesting to hear how he got the gig and he gets extra props from me for being a fellow Canuck. Can't wait for this and Farmikos album.

Listening on my phone with decent headphones the guitar is pretty thin.
I'm surprised. If that's a 5153 I don't dig it.

Just went and listened to Ball & Chain and Soul Stealer. Wouldn't call it huge but not thin like the new tones.

You know how they say that there's no such thing as bad press? I hate to say it, but him not doing so great at the Whiskey is probably the best thing that ever happened to them from a pure publicity standpoint.
