The output tubes are 6BK5s. Obscure, yes, but great and forgotten. Phase inversion is done with 6GU7s. Various types are used throughout the preamp stages: 6AU6, 6BJ6, 6CB6, 6BN6, 5BQ7, 6AK5, and others. No 12AX7s, of ANY brand. How many tubes? TWENTY-THREE tubes in total. Including eight 6BK5 outputs. It might be the most complex tube guitar amp available today....

I never played one but it looks interesting ......

They sound like shit and they are very expensive. He makes some weird sounding pedals aswell.

Can you imagine trying to find all the tubes to re tube this one ?

never gets old seeing that amp, TGP had no idea how to handle it and you could not say the name due to auto naughty word censor

A friend sent me the link ..... I use that word more than I need as anyone who has been around me well knows.

I like TGP but this place is a little cooler ..... some of the people over there are wound a little tight.

"The ANGRY channel is well-named...It uses a 6BN6 and two remote-cutoff pentodes. Ask your mother what those are. She's already tasted your foreskin anyway."

Classic!

Thats so two years ago   he's now onto the "Seriously Fucked Up Fucking Fucker".
