Thanks for the answer. I Turned it off immediately.
But I think I've been running amp like this for a month or so.

What damage it could do to the amp?

Interesting. I put new matched pair of JJ EL84s and both started red plating after 15 mins.

You want to take it to a tech immediately, DO NOT TURN ON AGAIN, I wouldn't and I'm sure Dave would say the same. They will check for damaged screen grids and solder joints that are maybe cold or not properly soldered along with other components. Take it to a tech that Friedman approves, or better yet, just call Friedman and ask him. Since you've been playing it like that for so long I'd have them check the output transformer too but Friedmans trannies are VERY tough so doubt you should have am issue there.

Good luck man.

What was interesting. With the old set only one tube was red plating. With the new set both are red plating.

I hope it is just a bad set of tubes.

What amp is it and is it new with warranty? And are you 100% sure the tubes were redplating the whole time you've been playing it.. And usually it is the tubes, even new sets can be bad, but 2 new set... I'm thinking it's not the tubes. Take to tech ASAP.

It is Pink Taco, but no warranty and no way to return it. So I have to solve the problem on my own.

I think something wrong with the amp. But I have a conversation with Dave on this and waiting for him to confirm this.

What state are you in? Yeah, that's very weird that one tube was doing it...then two with a new set. With just one, you'd think it was the tube, but somehow with two new tubes they are both pulling current. Like said above, besides the tubes, you probably didn't do any "real" harm. the iron is pretty robust. You just have to solve what is causing the problem and yes, a tech needs to look at it or Dave directly and why I inquire what state your in.

I sent Dave readings of voltage across the power tubes. He just wrote me back. He will repair amp for free.

Kudos to Dave. Awesome man and awesome service.

Oh wow thats awesome! Just another simple case of how awesome Friedmans customer service is!

Yea he really does have great service. Has my Be100 for a repair right now, it seems like he always takes care of any issues himself !!
