Is the Two Notes Reload II an Ox box killer?

Seems to have alot of cool features and software cabs, speakers and effects.
 
It’s more like the Ox Box is a Ox Box killer due to Universal Audio’s staunch refusal to offer updates to its own product
 
That guy does great videos. I bought my Orange Super Crush and Marshall Studio Jubillee after watching his vids.
 
None of the software is on board though so you need to pair it with a computer or captor X and that feels like a step backwards to me
 
Editing my post...I like the capabilities of the 2 x 200w amps and the ability to run a stereo signal into 2 cabs from one amp. Did I see reverb?? Great start but need a delay anyway. Little tweakability knobs I'm on board with that too as long as they can be completely defeated.

Don't see MIDI but not done investigating
