homespun Well-known member Nov 12, 2023 #1 Why do Marshalls and the like use can caps? I actually like the way Fender uses Axial caps under the dog house. Not only is it easier to work with, the grounding scheme is better and quieter. Is there any actual advantage to a can cap?
