Is this the Axe-FX of Tube amps?

Just ran across this and now thinking of pulling the trigger. Seems like it may be the greatest advancement in modern guitar amplification. Anyone else know anything about these guys? I was just thinking of popping another AFX into the rig, but now that I see I could have the "History of the Best Amplifiers in the World that made their Mark on the Platinum RocknRoll Hits and put it all in ONE AMP", I am having second thoughts. Any opinions or ideas?

Really? Are they fairly rare? I wasn't sure if I could get tones out of it similar to my Randall Satan, any thoughts?
