Went to GC here in Nashville and played a James Trussart Deluxe Steelcaster Hollowbody. Can't afford to take it home.

Does anyone wanna buy my soul? Need about 3.600 ASAP.

I also have a real nice pair of snake boots, some decent jeans, a red Mustang Convertible that I rented... 34 Bud Lights, assortment of guitar picks...
Or maybe 1500 of you could go to iTunes and by our EP?

Anyone need their house repainted? ANYTHING?!

Oh dear God... GAS has reared it's ugly head. It's bad this time.

For the love of God, why would you have done THAT?!

I have no sympathy for you. You only have yourself to blame.

Guitar center...hmm. Buy it. Take it home for 20 days and see if you really like it.
Or at least have the affair and then let her go.

You could always go the plastic shovel route, get their credit card and pay it off before any interest is due.

Cork sniffer, AND Bud Light drinker????
I ain't buying it......

I know... It was a terrible terrible mistake. I have only myself to blame. I knew the Platinum room was right over there... Was just going to have a peek...
Then I saw the damned guitar. Cream with rose guard. Rosewood.. Hollowbody. My buddy was with, who knows the guys in there.
"Oh... You should totally try it. Here!"

And it was literally the exact tone that was on our track 'Jacob' (which we went to great lengths to create)... And there it was. Right there in my hands. It was just amazing. And it felt like it was made for my style.

If I lived here I would totally get the credit... But alas!

WHY DID I GO IN THERE?! I should just have eaten the damn Taco at Baja Burrito and taken my ass straight home.

Who has experience with Trussart? Are the consistant, or are they all very individual? I just have a fear that the one I tried today was 'the one'. Am I talking crazy?

Trying to stay away from needing a massive indent on the back of my guitars for a belly

I am not proud of it.

But at least you can drink that shit all day without getting legless

Here she is.

Never been much for tele's but that thing is nice. I have a suggestion....tell them to take it out of the platinum room and hang out in the barn with the guitars and they will knock off 2k.

That guitar, in the absence of all other options, may just be "line of credit" worthy......

She's calling your name....She was made for you... I say bring that bitch home and let her feel the magic.

But what about the Trussart? Please try to stay on topic......

The security in that place isn't exactly top notch...! ;)

That Tokai looks nice! I am just too in love with the Trussart to even consider anything else.

We'll see... If it was meant to be, it will be. Might try and go and hustle someone at the golf club. Or something.

If anyone of you hear about a stupid competition within 5 hours of Nashville, with a $3600 cash prize, please let me know. :D

If it is going to be "the one that got away," don't let that happen. Go credit. Pay it off before any interest is due.

If Telegraph is your band then I'd say go for it. I just gave some of the songs another listen...EXCELLENT! Think of it as a Telegraph investment. :D

It is indeed. Thank you very much.

I would go the credit route, but I am afraid I still don't live here full time.

It is the exact sound I am lookin for though...

At this point my only choice is to write an absolute evergreen and ask for an advance from the publisher.

I think I am gonna let the fever calm itself down and go back later in the week to see if I still feel the same. If I do, I will have to sell a bunch of stuff at home at then have my buddy go and pick it up for me.

I played a few of them at a shop in New Orleans several years ago. Loved the sound and thought the necks were some of the best that I'd played, but I found them all heavier than I care for.
