This is a reverse body style Demon as the original was designed to look like a left handed guitar upside down.

This, but still cool. Jackson uses too much gold hardware overall too, still waiting on them to offer a chrome option on the PC models.

I have seen only a handful of guitars with gold hardware that I liked. In general I hate gold hardware, especially on Floyd'd guitars...

I, too, am not a huge fan of gold hardware, however in combinationg with that shade of red and the aple board, I think it helps pull a very elegant look, whereas black or chrom I feel would make it look more cheap personally. Black would not be too shabby, but chrome would just look lame as shiznit IMO, but I also pretty much hate chrome.

Don't get me wrong, seeing someone else play it, I probably wouldn't even think about the gold hardware, it looks good. Just for me personally, I don't like gold hardware, or gold jewelery etc. I'm a pasty white dude, gold just doesn't look right

I debated. I did not think chrome or black would look as classy given the color and woods.
