What albums were recorded using the TSL as the primary amp . I know Hatebreed used it but I wondering about others .

Think this album did, they were definitely using a TSL live at the time

I remember a time when I gigged with my TSL. One time we had a band playing before us that had a guitar player that also used a TSL. After the gig some guy in the audience told me my guitar sound was so much better than the band before us.
Conclusion : it makes no sense what amp you use if you can't dial it in, the amp volume is set too low or your guitar doesn't have the right pickups.
Our main sound man said I had my best sound while I used my TSL. I mostly play a Friedman now, go figure.

I have one . It’s my first amp . I can dial it up pretty killer as well .Does it hang with my Hermansson, of course not . But you’re right it can be dialed in good

I’ve never heard one IRL or on clips I liked ?
I hear that a lot . I’ve noticed it has a weird tubby low end and once boosted like a rectifier it actually can get decent. I was strolling down memory lane lol

I had the TSL60, and knew a buddies that had the TSL100. My experience was less than stellar, and theirs were always in the shop for repairs.

I bought mine new back in about 2004, I believe. Returned it.

Worst footswitch ever. I went through 2 replacement footswitches before I even returned the amp! About a 2 week period. I couldn't return it fast enough, and bought my first Splawn Quick Rod. This was when the 3 Gears was a mod he did to a used one before it was into production. Did buy it from Scott. No loop volume back then, and it was ridiculously loud AF. Later, I bought a JSX when they came out. Love that amp. Sterile cleans, but 2 excellent, usable gain channels.

The amount of gigs I did where I prayed the footswitch would work... was hit and miss

My guitar magazine says this album was . And I must admit it

my switch is in pieces lol fr . But if I have it I have if biased and boosted into greenbacks I get a very cool Fear Factory tone . But then bias goes to shit and tubes and fuses go lol
