:D Oh, my gosh! :rock: I got home from work tonite and played this amp through my Scumback loaded cabs. :worship: I can't tell you how it feels to have to stop and actually ask yourself " This is my gear?" :lol: :LOL:
I am very pleased with what I am getting from this amp. It has e-34l jj power tubes in it, and I have never liked them. :no: But Dave's mod work in this amp has me re-thinking about my tube choices and I am leaning towards getting some of those tubes to try in a few other amps.
Anyways, I am gonna take the time to check out all the tone selections along with all the other options this amp gives me and I will follow this up real soon. :yes: I really have to give it to Jason cause he said the custom 45 selection was the bomb and he was right. :thumbsup:
Also I am really liking the hairy brown eye choice, but then again I am a Cameron modded amps owner so you knew I would most likely gravitate to that tone. I love how even in the hairy brown eye mod you can rake across the strings to ring out a 1st position/ open position chord, any of them, g,c,whatever and every note is clear. :rock: With the gain added. AMAZING! THANKS DAVE...........................
 
:thumbsup: Yeah, I heard from Matt you got his Friedman. I know you are happy. Have you heard from Matt lately? Man, I have been wondering if he is doing okay? He is a real friend and I know his luck has been down with a few things. Man tough times for alot of us one way or another. :doh:

Yes, I am very very pleased with the amp. It so happens Dave and I were discussing what to do with mine when Matt offered up his. I am still going to send my other amp off to Dave, but it will be a month or two.
 
I am very happy with mine also. I am gonna definately do some business with Dave on another at some point. I played about 4 different amps in my studio tonite and after playing the Ks marshall, I am getting rid of a few of the amps in my studio. :rock:
 
I see you mentioned having the Jubilee modded, and that you had/have a Slash. I also have a Slash, and to my ears it is just too bright and jangly. I really don't want to sell it (mint half stack w/ covers), but I really don't use it. I am curious to see what Dave does with yours.
 
I am selling the Slash jubilee, er...actually it is sold. I don't have an amp in mind to send to Dave as of yet. :confused: I will play this one for a bit of time and then check into what is next. I do know that James Lugo has a friedman modded marshall for sale that is worth the money he has it tagged at. That would be a do not wait deal a guy could do himself great with. :yes:
If not for my Wizard coming I would go that route or Cyndicates Bogner TJ uber that just went up for sale. I am personally done with these modded amps for a while unless it is one of Dave's/friedman modded or maybe Mike fortinsmodded. I have Camerons, Golubs, and a few others and it really gets to a point where it is excessive. :yes:
 
My JMP is down there with him right now. i cant wait to hear what Dave has done to it.
 
:thumbsup: You willl not be able to quite smiling once you get it hooked up and flip the stand by switch to the on position. I literally have just made deals to sell and trade 4 amps I had because what they do is covered by what this one freidman moddded marshall does and does better. :yes:
Heck my wife even likes this guy's work. :lol: :LOL:

yep,the "Kitchen Sink" mod covers ALOT of ground :yes: .............glad you're lovin it!!! :rock: enjoy!!!
 
Glad you guys are digging the amps. For anyone waiting things have been slowed down a bit with the holidays I will be back at it full bore monday. Dave
