I've had the same old wah for 30+ years. Crybaby. Sounds great. Early 70's.

I've wanted a more modern, deep sounding wah for the last 10 years or so, but never made a move. I started seeing a lot of pro's using the Cantrell wah. Kotzen, Govan....etc.

I'm just saying what many people have already said. This thing is KILLER. I'm actually very excited about this thing. Can't wait to use it at a band rehearsal and live.

Do you guys use it with a power source or a battery? I've used batteries for as long as I've had my old wah. Tone differences?
I have not put it on my board yet, so I'm using a battery and it sounds amazing.

I have and use one and love it. I keep it dialed back like Jerry to get that low-mid range wah. Never liked the highs on the original. I run it on a battery.

Nice score! I'm using a CAE Wah but constantly find myself tweaking the trim pots. The Cantrell was the first artist signature that I actually liked.

HNGD!

I love mine. I think I have the knob set right around in the middle. I've never tried it with a battery, only power supply for me. The thing I love best about it is the heel down tone and non ear grating smooth highs.

I'm a Cantrell fanboi. Brother Steve was kind enough to sell me his autographed Cantrell Wah.

Awesome pedal. I have two!

I've settled on a little lower than half.
What's so cool is I can dial it up most all of the way and it becomes more of a standard vintage wah but with the deep lows. Very cool.

I may be premature in saying this, but I can't see why I would ever go back to my old wah. No reason to. This one is much more versatile.

I haven't tried the Cantrell wah, but from the other wahs I've had (cae, Bonamassa, 535q) I keep coming back to the CB95.

That's the one on my list, when I get around to ordering a wah.

does it activate when you step on it like the morleys? kinda important to me for live use...it sounds killer though!

You just reminded me that I still want one. Awesome wah!

I had one...I did like it...but I like my tremonti more. Different strokes for different folks.

No. It has the standard Crybaby switch.
