What's your point here Dan ? The car was clearly heading for the guy since it actually hit him. BUT, before it hit him he fired into the WINDSHIELD of the car. Dan believes he was a SEAL that saw combat in Nam too.
Full disclosure, Ventura did not complete SEAL training and get his trident so he was definitely not a SEAL, he was UDT, which makes him ( then) a complete bad ass.
He spent his deployment at Subic Bay, not in combat, but in his defense I have never seen anything where he claimed he was in combat either. I don't think Jesse is guilty of "Stolen valor" as some claim. He was a certified bad ass that willingly put himself in harm's way, like thousands and thousand of other brave soldiers and he deserve much respect for that.
At some point he slipped off his nut though. Maybe some head shots he took in the "Raslin" ring.
