JJ-100 JBE separate vol/gain mod?

I've seen a couple pics floating around the web where a JJ-100 was modded to have the JBE switch turned into essentially a 3rd channel. Mod showed a separate volume and gain control for the JBE "channel" and it was even foot switchable. Is that a mod that is available? If so, ballpark cost?

Also question on the gain switch mod.....is that able to be made foot switchable as well?

Yes the JBE with a gain and master added. Cost is 300.00
