Bring the kids by so I can unleash da fookin' fury on them!!!

Joe is a class act. He seems to be one of the few left in the industry.

Joe has always been cool. Remember that time we caught him at BB's? He was so friggin sick, the dude looked like he had ebola and yet he still made it a point to go upstairs and meet with fans, sign autographs and talk gear and what not..

Hes a killer player and a class act for sure, very unlike another guy that we met ;) :D

I seen Joe back in January at The Baked Potatoe in North Hollywood. He's a real straight up guy with no BS. He just loves to play music. He doesn't seem buy into the hype (guitar hero thing) about himself, he just speaks thru his playing. I asked him if I could take a picture of his rig at The Baked Potatoe. He was like, come on up (stage). Several days later I seen him at the 50th Anniversary Party for Ernie Ball. He performed several songs. Steve Vai, Steve Morse, Albert Lee, Paul Gilbert, Dave Larue, Randy Jackson, and others also performed. Joe borrowed a Fender Twin, a Steve Morse Ernie Ball from the NAMM Show floor, and threw down a Tube Screamer on the floor of the Hilton stage. He lit the place up!! I think his touch, feel, and dymanics gave everyone chills....it did me. Steve Vai was the first guy to standup for a standing ovation..

Too cool.......I know people expect a lot from their heroes and it's nice to see someone that gets that. Smoove, Joe B.

Very true. He could have easily just hopped on the bus, took some Nyquil and passed out. When Stef and I went to see him and BCC in NJ last year, he actually came outside the venue while people were waiting on line to get in. He shook hands, signed autographs and posed for pictures right next to the parking lot. We were fortunate enough to get to meet up with him beforehand. He signed and played my LP, signed a couple of CDs for me and Stef, talked about how his Burst was just refinished in black by Kim Lafleur, and took a picture with us. He's a real class act. It pisses me off every time some GP douchebag makes up some story and tries to slander him. There are a lot of people out there who should really take a page out of his book. What can I say, I'm a fan!

Joe slings a 59 les paul on stage, true player and man card status is in tact.
