I've been looking for a pedal board power supply.
The one I want is the T-Rex Chameleon at $149, and close second the voodoo lab ISO-5 at $109.
Both of those are isolated power and can power 5 pedals at a time.
The T-Rex supplies 300mA to all of it's 9VDC or 12VDC outs, and 1 - 18VDC out at 150mA. 5 outs.
Excellent power options, but it costs more for it.
The ISO-5 supplies 3 outs with 9VDC 100mA, 1 - 9or12VDC at 300mA, and 1 - 18VDC at 100mA
This one has everything I need moment, and it's lower cost at $109.
The question is about the Joyo JP-02.
It's only $57, but it's not isolated just filtered and regulated.
It has 7 outs at 9VDC at 100mA, 1- 9V at 500mA, and 1 - 12VDC at 100mA, and 1 -18VDC at 100mA.
This one has a lot of outs for more pedals.
It also has plenty of power for the 5 pedals I have now.
The first two pedals are known to be good, solid, and quiet power supplies.
There are plenty of reviews for the Joyo and they are very positive.
I haven't read even one review the complained about hum of line noise, and plenty of reviewer said that this pedal removed the hum and noise they had with cheap daisy chained power supplies.
What about the people on this board, anyone have a positive or negative experience with this PS?
The Joyo is about half the price of the Voodoo lab PS and even a bigger savings over the T-Rex, plus it gives more outs for more future pedals.
TIA for any info and experience you guys can give me.
