Judge blasts ‘authoritarian’ Trump administration’s ‘unconstitutional conspiracy’ to deny free speech

Donald Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem “have failed in their duties to protect the Constitution” by depriving the First Amendment rights of students and faculty in their threats to strip them of visas and arrest and deport them, according to Massachusetts District Judge William Young.

The 85-year-old judge appointed by Ronald Reagan had previously labeled the administration’s actions a “full-throated assault on the First Amendment across the board under the cover of an unconstitutionally broad definition” of antisemitism in a damning 161-page opinion last year.

The left act like hating DJT gives them the authority to do and say some really terrible things.
The right is "mad" but the lefties are the ones causing violence in the streets.
They are basically waging war against the federal government, which i thought was supposed to be an "insurrection" but apparently Jan 6th is.

Well let's think about that. We can all point to literally hundreds if not thousands of leftist protests, many of which were violent and many of which killed lots of people and caused millions and millions of dollars worth of damage. Meanwhile there is only one example of a right wing protest. J6. And to hear them tell it, it was an insurrection and the most heinous thing since the civil war. Every single time there is a republican president there are riots and protests. I guarantee you no matter who the republican is, the next republican president's administration is going to be marked by many leftist protests.

The reason why people on the right stopped trying to have civil, rational discussions with a lot of people on the left is because of the totally dishonest fucking way they frame shit like this. For years conservatives chose to take the "High road" and it got us nowhere. Then people started using the same tactics the left uses and the results were predictable. Now the left has escalated the shit exponentially. I have a feeling they aren't going to like the end result of that. Letting dumbass 20 something losers who's parent's were children of hippies and let them go on believing their feelings were the most important thing, take over the democratic party. When lawlessness becomes the law of the land and the civil authorities are powerless to stop it, there's going to be a bloodbath. And I'm thinking the 20 something, progressive, socialist loser fucks who never had to work for anything are going to find out they aren't as bad ass or as numerous as they thought they were.
